Wanted: Sales Administrator – L/Spa (£20k)


An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced French speaking Sales Administrator to assist in all aspects of the internal sales activities within a busy, well-established company. Key aspects of the role include processing sales orders and preparing export documentation to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):
– Deal with customer queries by e-mail, fax, telephone and letter promptly
– Prepare sales quotations in response to customer enquiries
– Process sales orders correctly and acknowledge to the customer
– Liaise with customers and offer knowledgeable support and service
– Monitor and progress all orders to ensure monthly forecasts are achieved
– Enter sales invoices on the computer system and send to customers
– Organise the despatch of goods and produce all necessary paperwork (including export documentation to ensure compliance)
– Attend morning meetings as required and act on any matters arising
– Maintain a quotation log, filing systems and customer databases
– Ensure availability of divisional literature, service manuals and price lists
– Produce and distribute weekly/monthly reports covering orders, sales, backlog and quotation log
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure the customer receives the highest standards of service

About You:
– Fluent in French (verbal and written)
– Previous experience within a similar role
– Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
– Proactive, supportive team player
